Building a Dynamic Professional Portfolio for Career Progression

This IIRRT webinar focuses on developing a dynamic professional portfolio to support career progression. The session will guide participants through different portfolio formats and evidence types, with practical advice on demonstrating competence, achievement, learning, and professional impact. Attendees will gain clear guidance on structuring a portfolio to support applications for new roles, promotion, or advanced practice pathways.

The webinar will be facilitated by Melanie Clarkson BSc (Hons), PGCE, MSc, PFHEA, a Radaiuatio Therapist and Programme Lead for the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice Radiotherapy and Oncology and the PgC Enhanced Practice in Radiotherapy and Oncology at Sheffield Hallam University. Melanie works nationally with organisations including the NHS England Centre for Advancing Practice and the College of Radiographers, supporting Radiography professionals to evidence development and progression through high-quality professional portfolios. This webinar is kindly funded by the National HSCP Office.
